Awake Night Specific Hiring Bonuses
$1250 for full-time awakes-- $250 at training completion, $1000 6 months from training completion (FT AW status)
$500 for part-time awakes-- $100 at training completion, $400 6 months from training completion (2+ awakes/week)
Direct Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):
LPNs who start working at ACR Homes will get a $2,000 bonus if part-time, and a $3,000 bonus if full-time. (All bonuses are taxable income.)
LPN placement bonus break down:
Part-time: $2,000 - $500 at training completion and $1,500 6 months after training completion
Full-time: $3,000 - $750 at training completion and $2,250 6 months after training completion
ETP - Employee Transportation Program
Employees enrolled in the Employee Transportation Program (ETP) can use ETP for FREE for weekend and overnight shifts to get to and from shifts at specific ACR locations and Arthur's Senior Care homes! ETP use is also free during new hire's initial training period (generally 30-45 days).

E-Float:
We are now offering quarterly bonuses for full-time E-Floats (those who elect to receive their schedule 24-hrs in advance). The e-float position is an advancement opportunity and not a position that we hire directly into. In addition to higher pay than the standard DCP, E-float bonuses will break down as follows:
- Sep through Nov -- $5,000 bonus
- Dec through Feb -- $2,000 bonus
- March through May -- $3,000 bonus
- June through August -- no bonus
