Direct Care Professional:

Hiring Bonuses

Up to $2000 in bonuses for part-time direct care staff-- $500 hiring bonus +$1500 if placed at specific homes

Up to $4000 in bonuses for full-time direct care staff-- $1000 hiring bonus + $3000 if placed at specific homes

*Hiring Bonus paid at training completion

Awake Night Specific Hiring Bonuses

$1000-$2000for part-time awakes-- $500 hiring bonus +$500 for placement as a part-time awake nighter OR $1500 if placed as a PT AW at specific homes 

$2250-$4000 for full-time awakes-- $1000 hiring bonus + $1250 for placement as a full-time awake nighter OR $3000 if placed as a FT AW at specific homes

 

Placement Bonuses (placement at certain ACR Home geographical locations):

$1,500-$3,000 placement bonus for new part-time or full-time Direct Care Professionals who get based at specific homes to be discussed at new hire placement.

FREE ETP is also available at select homes, determined at new hire placement.

Placement Bonuses are paid out as follows:

$1500 Part-Time:

  • $250 at training completion
  • $250 3 months from training completion
  • $1000 6 months from training completion

$3000 Full-Time:

  • $500 at training completion
  • $500 3 months from training completion
  • $2000 6 months from training completion

Residential Supervisor Sign-on Bonus:

New employees or current employees who interview for an RS position starting September 27th and begin training to be an RS by December 31, 2021 will receive a $5000 bonus. ($2000 when they start the RS training, $3000 after working as an RS for 6 months)

Direct Care Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

LPNs who start working at ACR Homes will get a $2,000 bonus if part-time, and a $3,000 bonus if full-time. (All bonuses are taxable income.)

LPN placement bonus break down:

  • Part-time: $2,000 -- paid $500 after training completion and $1,500 6 months after training completion
  • Full-time: $3,000 -- paid $750 after training completion and $2,250 6 months after training completion

ETP - FREE for Specific Locations

Employees enrolled in the Employee Transportation Program (ETP) can use ETP for FREE to get to and from shifts at specific ACR locations.

New employees who are ETP users based at any of these homes will benefit from free car use throughout their employment at that home.

E-Float:

We are now offering quarterly bonuses for full-time E-Floats (those who elect to receive their schedule 24-hrs in advance). In addition to higher pay than the standard DCP, E-float bonuses will break down as follows:

  • Sep through Nov -- $5,000 bonus
  • Dec through Feb -- $2,000 bonus
  • March through May -- $3,000 bonus
  • June through August -- no bonus
