The ACR Homes team consists of 1000 professionals working to make an impact in the lives of people with disabilities and the elderly. ACR has a wide range of positions; from flexible direct care that offers hands-on patient care experience and competitive pay, to management with a rent-free live-in option. ACR offers full-time employees a competitively priced traditional medical insurance plan, with no increase in premiums in recent years, and an actual decrease in premiums for 2018. New to ACR in 2018 is a no-cost-to-employees online video healthcare option through NICE Healthcare with follow-up exams, labs and X-rays as needed at the employees home or workplace. Other benefits for full-time employees include paid time off, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance benefits, with additional options for short-term disability and supplemental life insurance.
ACR also has a qualified 401(k) retirement plan for both part-time and full-time employees. ACR employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan if they meet the requirements, and become eligible for vesting after 2 years of employment with ACR.
ACR typically offers placement bonuses for positions with the greatest need. Currently, there is a bonus of up to $10,000 for the full-time Emergency Float position, as well as other placement and recruiting bonuses.

When you get a job at ACR Homes, you join the ACR team! You become part of a tight-knit and fun-loving community, working together to provide the best possible care for people with disabilities.
We pair you up with a mentor to help you through training and answer any questions you may have, and make sure you don't feel like you're doing this alone.
You'll also have access to community building events for ACR staff like Employee Appreciation Day and Wellness Day, as well as small groups for more specific interests like fitness groups and dog lover groups that help staff to meet coworkers with similar interests.
