Arthur’s Senior Care, Full-time Direct Care Professional (38-40 hours/week)

Arthur’s Senior Care provides exceptional assisted living and memory care in two six-person homes in Roseville and Shoreview, MN. Direct Care Professionals assist Arthur’s Senior Care residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities.

Weekend Direct Care Professionals (with full benefits at 30-32 hours/week) assist ACR residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities specifically on the weekends (a minimum of 30 non-sleeping hours between Friday at 2pm through Sunday at 10pm).
Paid training is provided, no experience necessary.

Direct Care Assistant (16-17 years old)

Direct Care Assistants are employees age 16 and 17 years old who do work similar to the Direct Care Professionals, but with some work restrictions required by law. Restrictions include no overnight work between the hours of 11 p.m. to 5 a.m., no driving while on duty, and other limitations relating to medical equipment and treatments. Optional medication administration Training available with approval. Maintenance Route Staff

Maintenance Route Staff provide maintenance and landscaping for ACR’s homes and offices.
Benefits are available to full-time employees

Hourly part-time or full-time

PAY:
Part-time: $20/hour
Full-time: $22 – $25/hour DOE

Additional stipend pay of $50/day or $150/full weekend for 1-2 weekends/month for on call work. Receive time & a half for hours worked during the weekends on-call.

Direct Care Float

Floats work in any of our homes where a Direct Care Professional staff is needed. They are similar to E-Floats but receive their schedule the week prior to working. Floats assist ACR residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities.

Co-Residential Supervisor/ Co-Group Home Manager

Co-Residential Supervisors are a team of 2 supervisors who co-manage the group home program. One Residential Supervisor would have the option of being a live-in position. Live-in Residential Supervisors live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home.
Requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work. Co-supervisors split on-call 50/50.

RNs (“Case Managers”) oversee medical care for individuals with disabilities whom ACR supports, and serve as the liaison between medical staff and ACR. Assist with training, oversight and direction of ACR staff. Full-time position with flexible hours and rotating on-call duties during non-business hours and includes full benefits, including paid time-off, medical, dental, vision, long-term disability and life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.

Interim Residential Supervisor/ Interim Group Home Manager

Interim Residential Supervisors supervise staff and manage the group home program on a interim fill-in basis, such as during a supervisor transition or to cover a maternity or other leave. The Interim Residential Supervisor is similar to the Residential Supervisor position except that Interim Residential Supervisors do not live in the home and the interim aspect means changing work location from time to time which requires a high level of emotional IQ, adaptability and resourcefulness.

Salaried full-time $53,000 + $25/hour for additional direct care beyond requirement. $56,250 year 3 and beyond.
