Our Homes
The group homes at ACR Homes are comfortable, warm, and inviting. They are decorated with each resident's tastes, interests, and special needs in mind. All of our homes have their own unique style created by our in-house interior designer. At least one of our seven maintenance staff members is always on call in case of emergencies, and they care for our houses extremely well.

ACR Homes with 24-Hour Nursing
ACR HeathCare Services has a home for people who require 24-hour nursing care, including those who are ventilator dependent. The home is licenses for both children and adults, and is open to a variety of funding sources, including but not limited to CAC, CADI, MR/RC and TBI.
The home is for four people who need 24-hour nursing. At the present time, we have residents, both children and adults, who all have multiple conditions and one is ventilator dependent. Our home is wheelchair accessible and is located in Lakeville, MN in Dakota County. Clients for this home do not need to be from Dakota County however.
There are nursing staff on duty 24-hours a day as well as support staff. Staffing patterns depend on the needs of the clients. The homes are supervised by a RN as well as our Director of Nursing, who has extensive experience with hospital level care and with individuals who are ventilator dependent. Each individual have his or her own bedroom, and activities and programming are geared towards each individual's needs and interests.
ACR is willing to consider providing Respite Services to individuals who require 24-hour nursing if we have an opening available.
ACR has worked closely with Dakota and Hennepin Counties to establish standards for the CAC level Corporate Foster Care. As with all our homes, we are committed to providing high quality services, caring staff, and a beautiful home. We are pleased to be involved in the provision of high quality medical services in a home setting, because we believe this will greatly enhance the quality of life of the people being served.
ACR Homes provides staffing for Arthur's Senior Care. Because Arthur's is staffed by ACR, it shares the same great staffing and philosophy of care. With more than 35 years of experience in Alzheimer’s care, Arthur’s Senior Care is prepared to support people in all stages of the disease as well as those with other types of dementia. Arthur's can provide expert care for clients with conditions such as Parkinson’s, MS and ALS. Arthur’s provides 24-hour staffing with a minimum of a 1:3 staff to client ratio in two six-person homes in Roseville and Shoreview, Minnesota.
