What is Top Workplaces?

Star Tribune Top Workplaces is an annual program highlighting and awarding employers like ACR Homes in Minnesota.

How does it work?

Employees voluntarily answer anonymous survey questions written and analyzed by Energage. Survey question categories include providing feedback on culture, ethics, mission, communication, compensation, leadership, and other areas of the company.

Making Team Driven Decisions

Because ACR Homes welcomes the feedback of employees, survey results are used to steer positive change and growth.

ACR's Achievement

Survey results are rated against other participating Minnesota companies. A list awarding the top employers is published annually in the Star Tribune. ACR is proud to be recognized as a top 25 employer in Minnesota for the 10+ years we have participated, and earn the top healthcare employer ranking in 2025 & 2026.
