Arthur’s Senior Care, Full-time Direct Care Professional (38-40 hours/week)
Arthur’s Senior Care provides exceptional assisted living and memory care in two six-person homes in Roseville and Shoreview, MN. Direct Care Professionals assist Arthur's Senior Care residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities. No experience is necessary.
Paid training is $17.00/hr for full-time direct care employees at Arthur's Senior Care.

$19.00/hour for day and evening shifts
$21.00/hour for weekend shifts
$21.00/hour for weekday awake overnight shifts
$23.00/hour for weekend awake overnight shifts (Friday & Saturday)
Initial Training is $17.00/hour for full-time Arthur's Employees

REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- You must be at least 18 years old
- You must have a drivers license and a relatively clean driving record
- You must be able and willing to provide care for both male and female clients
- You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- You must be able to work independently and you must have interpersonal skills including empathy, responsibility, self-control, good judgment, and overall adjustment
- You must be able to see, hear, speak, interact, and write in English sufficiently to perform the essential functions of the position
- Part-time requires a minimum of 10 shifts/month (2-3 shifts/week) with an increasing number of homes only requiring 2 shifts/week.
- Full-time employees must work at least 38-40 hours per week
