1) NEW PAY RATES for full-time staff
$15-$17+ for official full-time direct care staff
- $15.00/hour for day/evening/weekend + longevity increases up to $1
- $17.00/hour for ALL awake overnight shifts + longevity increases up to $1
- +additional PTO--3 weeks in first year! (see details here!)
2) NEW PAY RATES for part-time awake shifts
$15/hr for ALL Awake Overnight shifts + longevity increases up to $1 (ACR)
$15.75/hour for ALL Awake Overnight shifts + longevity increases up to $1 (Arthur's Senior Care)
3) NEW Tuition Assistance Program (TAP)
