ACR has a wide range of positions; from flexible direct care that offers hands-on patient care experience and competitive pay, to management with a rent-free live-in option. ACR offers full-time employees a competitively priced traditional Health Insurance Plan (with Medica starting in 2025) plus FREE NICE Healthcare!
ACR also has a qualified 401(k) retirement plan for both part-time and full-time employees. ACR employees are automatically enrolled in the 401(k) plan if they meet the requirements, and become eligible for vesting after 2 years of employment with ACR.
Bonuses
ACR offers a bonus of up to $10,000 for the full-time Emergency Float position.
Open Sourcing
From the start, ACR’s founders Jim and Dorothy Nelson sought to make the most of employee insight and creativity by soliciting their input on how to provide the best possible care for the people we support. Research shows that having this kind of direct feedback has helped build some of the best organizations in the world. Employee suggestions have helped make ACR a top workplace in Minnesota. Suggestions to Open Sourcing benefit the people we support as well as employees. All submissions are entered in a drawing for a $5,000 bonus.
