Senior Residential Supervisor/ Senior Group Home Manager

Senior Residential Supervisors supervise staff and manage the group home program at two homes. Senior Residential Supervisors may live on site rent-free in a 2-3 bedroom live-in area of the home.
Requires 40-50 hours per week of direct care and administrative work. $25/hour for direct care beyond requirement.

Impact Year Intern (38-40 hours/week paid) (**The application window for this position is 3/15/24 – 3/25/24**)

Impact Year Interns receive extensive training and skill development, leadership opportunities, educational enhancement through research, self-discovery, networking with peers and ACR Homes leadership, and resume enriching additional benefits; 38-40 hours/week of serving adults who have disabilities with exceptional patient care + additional unpaid Internship tasks.

Hourly full-time: morning, day, evening and awake night shifts

PAY: $18.25-$24.75.50/hour + longevity pay increases for those who have already worked for ACR (will accept applications 3/1/25-3/15/25)

Full-time E-Float (38-40+ hours/week)

Full-time Emergency Floats work in any of our homes where a Direct Care Professional staff is needed. They are ACR’s most flexible employees and receive 24 hours’ notice of their schedule. Emergency Floats assist ACR residents with daily living including personal and health care needs, meals, transportation, and recreational and leisure activities.

Hourly full-time: morning, day, evening and awake night shifts

NEW! PAY: $23.25-$29.75/hour plus $10,000 in quarterly bonuses (some OT required for bonus)

Program Director (**Position not currently available**)

Be part of a team of Program Directors who ensure adherence to licensing and reporting requirements and who oversee and train Residential Supervisors in their supervision of staff and management of group home programs. Program Directors require a high level of emotional IQ, adaptability, resourcefulness and skill in problem solving and conflict resolution.
